Evidently, the two drivers were employed by different construction companies.
The accident is still under investigation, and authorities have not yet determined if criminal charges will be filed against the other driver. Depending on the result of the investigation and the wishes of the woman’s surviving family members, they may pursue a wrongful death claim for the loss of their loved one.
